"Balança" is the title of this installation using three overhead projectors. The association between images of abandoned historic buildings and the obsolete technology of overhead projectors seeks to establish a dialog about the passage of time and technological obsolescence.
The immersive experience proposed by the installation, which explores shadows and reflections generated by disused projection devices, invites us to reflect on the resonance of time. By interweaving history, outdated technology and immersive experience, the installation addresses both the erasure and resilience of the past, and the effort to build our historical memory.

"Balança" é o título desta instalação que emprega três retroprojetores. A associação entre imagens de edifícios históricos abandonados e a tecnologia obsoleta dos retroprojetores busca estabelecer um diálogo sobre a passagem do tempo e a obsolescência tecnológica. A experiência imersiva proposta pela instalação, que explora sombras e reflexos gerados por dispositivos de projeção fora de uso, convida a refletir sobre a ressonância do tempo. Ao entrelaçar história, tecnologia ultrapassada e experiência imersiva, a instalação endereça tanto o apagamento quanto a resiliência do passado, e o esforço em construir nossa memória histórica.
